Kear Civil Corporation is a civil contractor — earthwork, grading, excavation and underground utilities. It is the first trade on a site and the one everything else is built on, and it is what we do: moving dirt to grade, digging to depth, and putting the water, sewer and storm lines in right.
Built for the high desert
Flagstaff ground has its own rules — rock, frost and a monsoon that can wash out a site that isn’t graded and drained for it. We build for that, with the compaction, the grades and the drainage the plans call for, so the work holds up.
